The results are in! In conjunction with several Northwest chapters of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), we’ve completed our 12th Construction Industry Salary Survey, which gathers data on compensation metrics and trends in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, and across 22 different job functions. It also features an in-depth look at industry salaries from AGC chief economist Ken Simonson.
Containing data that will help your firm make smart, informed business decisions, the guide provides:
- Comprehensive salary and benefits data for executive, management, financial, administrative, and field personnel
- Benchmarks in salary and bonus structures
- Salary differentials for revenue size and geographic regions of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State
- Benefits and salary packages for the construction industry
The guide is available online and is free to survey participants. For all others, the guide is available for purchase at a cost of $75 (for AGC members) and $150 (for non-AGC members).
Thanks to all those that contributed data to our 2015 guide. If you’d like to be contacted to participate in next year’s survey, send us an e-mail.
