WE Lead Moss Adams™, the Health Care Women’s Executive Leadership Initiative, is a national cohort of women committed to leading, connecting, and mentoring female executive leaders across the health care industry.

Our mission is to connect, support, empower, and inspire to help develop and advance female professionals in their careers through sharing information on key topics as well as other resources related to development and career opportunities.

The WE Lead Moss Adams™ Forum is held in conjunction with the Moss Adams Annual Health Care Conference. The half-day event welcomes women health care leaders from diverse backgrounds spanning the health care continuum to further their professional and personal development.

Our in-person event takes place on the first day of the conference in Las Vegas. The program tackles key leadership and health care issues in a space to create meaningful connections, network with peers, and share candid and refreshing discussions.
