The Department of the Treasury issued the Final Rule of the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) on January 6, 2022. The Final Rule provides guidance on the $20 billion of SLFRF distributed to Tribal Governments under the American Rescue Plan Act.
