Biography

Ira has been in public accounting since 2004. He is a member of the firm’s Technology, Communications & Media Group and focuses on cost separations and regulatory compliance. He supervises consulting and assurance engagements for small and mid-sized rural telecommunication companies, providing cost study preparations and reviews, Universal Service Fund settlement studies, financial statement forecasts and projections, continuing property records, lead lag studies, state access rate development, RUS loan applications and forecasts, and financial statement preparation. His clients include wireline ILEC & CLEC commercial and cooperative enterprises, wireless and international carriers, cable television companies, fiber transport companies, and telephone associations.
