Biography

Jordan has practiced public accounting since 2005. He provides audit services for companies in the energy sector, focusing on those with exploration and production activities. Jordan has worked with public companies, private equity portfolio companies, and family-owned businesses. He has significant experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements and assists energy companies with accounting and implementation issues relating to ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and ASC 842 (Leases). Jordan regularly speaks at energy industry events on technical accounting issues.
