Biography

Rachael has worked with closely held businesses and their owners since 2009. She provides tax, consulting, and planning services to clients in the food, agriculture, and manufacturing industries.

Rachael helps clients with federal and state tax compliance, tax-saving opportunities, entity restructuring, export tax planning, business acquisitions and dispositions, and business transition planning. She regularly speaks at food, agribusiness, and beverage industry events on tax reform and tax planning.
