Wenli started her public accounting career as an intern at Moss Adams over 20 years ago. She provides tax and business consulting services to clients across various industries.

Wenli leads the firm’s China Practice and has an extensive group of clients in the cross-border space. She serves as the cultural ambassador and business advisor for inbound China investors and has built many long-term relationships over the years.

In addition to her client work, Wenli is responsible for the firm’s Silicon Valley and Salinas locations’ brand building, culture, and the team’s growth and development. She has coached and mentored many professionals within and outside Moss Adams.

Wenli is also involved in many of the firm’s initiatives and task forces and has served on the firm’s Tax Committee, Forum W Advisory Board, and Principal Admission Committee.

Wenli was recognized in the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women (2015 and 2016), Working Mother’s Working Mother of the Year (2013), and the Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching (2011) lists.
