Biography

Aaron has advised private equity and strategic clients since 2012 on key tax matters relating to M&A, dispositions, spin-offs, reorganizations, restructurings, joint ventures, and other domestic and international transactions. He has experience with automotive and dealer services, communications and media, health care, life sciences, manufacturing and consumer products, professional services, real estate, retail, technology, and transportation and logistics. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Aaron spent over 9 years in New York City with a big four M&A tax practice.
