Aaron has practiced public accounting since 2002, working with mid-sized institutionally-backed companies and closely held businesses and business owners in tax planning and compliance matters. His close, hands on approach to client relationships enables him to effectively advise clients on a wide range of business and tax related matters. Aaron has been involved in bringing value-added solutions to many clients in areas such as entity structuring, optimizing accounting methods, state and local tax, and planning connected to both buy-side and sell-side transactions. He is actively involved with the firm’s, Food & Beverage, and Manufacturing, Distribution & Consumer Products practices.
