Andrea has practiced public accounting since 2005. She focuses on international tax and transaction planning, and has experience with multi-country international structuring projects, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Andrea participates in both buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements and works closely with clients throughout the M&A process. She also assists clients with US tax reporting requirements for international entities and has acted as a representative for clients under IRS exam.
