Andrew has led numerous internal audit, policy development, and other consulting projects, as well as small and large external financial statement and compliance audits for government, not-for-profit, higher education, and Tribal organizations since 2018. He has performed and supervised numerous audits in accordance with US generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and US generally accepted government auditing standards (GAGAS). Andrew is experienced in evaluating internal controls and risks related to accounting and finance functions from both an internal audit and external audit perspective.
