Biography

Ann has been a trusted partner to health care leaders seeking to drive radical change since 2002. With the first 20 years of her career rooted in diagnostic imaging, she brings a frontline perspective and a deep understanding of clinical operations to her work.

She’s passionate about reducing the burden of work in the ambulatory care setting; decreasing team member burnout, and helping organizations create sustainable systems that support both staff wellbeing and patient care.

Ann supports clients in strategy deployment, process design, and new facility optimization, with focus on practical implementation and long-term success.

An accomplished lean leader, Ann has a proven track record for leading improvement efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving sustained change. Her commitment to integrity and continuous improvement has made her a recognized figure in the industry.

Ann served as a principal at Rona Consulting Group (RCG) until its merger with Moss Adams in 2017. RCG’s founders were early adopters of the Toyota Management System in health care, a legacy Ann continues to build on in her work today.
