Biography

Ariana is responsible for managing the business management department personnel and procedures. She is instrumental in training personnel in business management fundamentals and scheduling workflow within the department. Ariana determines and tracks charging budgets in order to achieve optimum realization for each client, and assists partners with new client interviews and appropriate fee determination. She also prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial statements for a wide array of clients and entity structures and advises clients on a variety of issues pertaining to financial and business matters.
