Ayman has practiced public accounting since 2004. He provides assurance and consulting services to middle-market clients in the construction, professional services, and manufacturing and consumer products industries. Ayman spends a significant portion of his time working on family-owned and private equity-backed portfolio companies, including consulting around financial reporting for add-on acquisitions. Ayman also serves as one of the firm’s technical accounting topic team members for ASC 805 Business Combinations. Ayman is knowledgeable in technically challenging transactions such as consolidation, non-controlling interest, derivative accounting, and revenue recognition.
