Biography
Beverly co-leads our China Practice that guides both US and Chinese clients in their goals to implement best-in-class financial and operating practices, allowing clients to meet their financial, tax, and regulatory responsibilities.
Beverly’s highly knowledgeable about the breadth of the firm’s technical expertise across tax, audit, and advisory services, with the language and cultural understanding of both countries. The firm’s China Practice has experienced robust growth since Beverly joined the leadership team and significantly expanded the number of clients served. Our China Practice clients included leading companies and institutions in real estate, technology, PE/VC, education, health care, and consumer products.
Beverly joined us from East West Bank and has extensive experience in cross-border commercial lending. Prior to East West Bank, Beverly was an equity analyst at hedge funds, making equity investment decisions and leading capital raises. Beverly has been recognized as one of the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women (2020).
