Biography

Bill has practiced public accounting since 1992, including more than 10 years at a Big Four firm. He provides tax services to both public and private companies in the technology, consumer branded, and manufacturing industries. Bill serves as the lead tax relationship principal and coordinates the various tax specialty service offerings. His expertise is in serving multinational companies on strategic tax planning, ASC 740, M&A, state and local issues, optimizing cash flow, and dispositions. Bill often works closely with clients as they experience rapid growth through international expansion, acquisitions, and restructurings.
