Biography

Blair has provided software consulting and quality assurance services since 1996. His primary focus is on quality assurance for technology projects.

Blair has extensive experience with traditional and agile delivery methodologies and maintains a full understanding of the system development life cycle as it relates to quality assurance and testing, including system,   end-to-end, regression, performance, stress/load, and user acceptance.

Blair’s experience also includes performing business process analysis and software application development. He has consulted in a variety of industries, including public and private equity and human resources, and has provided consulting for high-profile clients across the west coast.
