Brendan has provided transaction services in corporate finance and business valuation since 1999. His focus includes financial and tax reporting, estate and gift tax, private equity, equity interests, bankruptcy, and reorganization.
Brendan has experience with valuations of the interests in public and closely-held businesses for M&A transactions, internal planning, financing, litigation, and tax purposes. He serves various industries, including technology, gaming, hospitality, sports franchises, aerospace and defense, consumer products, and more.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Brendan worked at a Big Four firm and was a partner and market leader in valuations and business modeling in the Transaction Advisory Services Practice.
