Biography

Bryan has practiced public accounting since 2015. His experience includes ASC 740, income tax compliance, R&D tax credits, state and local tax planning, and international tax planning.

Bryan also provides general tax planning for start-up, emerging growth, and publicly traded companies, and has successfully supported clients undergoing IPOs and other exit strategies. He serves a wide range of public and private clients in various industries, including technology, life sciences, and software-as-a-service.
