Carisa has practiced public accounting since 1989. She provides audit services to a variety of public and private companies in the technology, manufacturing, and life sciences industries.

Carisa is currently the Regional Managing Principal for Southern California and a member of the Board of Directors for Baker Tilly US LLP. She served as the Partner in Charge of our San Diego office for more than 10 years and served two terms as a member of Moss Adams’ Executive Committee—the equivalent to the Board of Directors—before the merger with Baker Tilly.

Prior to joining the firm, Carisa spent 16 years with a large international firm, including two years in that firm’s national office SEC department. Over the course of her career, Carisa’s results- and team-oriented leadership has resulted in significant benefits to her clients.
