Biography

Carrie has practiced public accounting since 1997. She provides financial auditing, operational auditing, and other consulting services for financial institutions, community banks, SEC banks, credit unions, and other financial services organizations. Her experience includes initial public offerings, SEC reporting, start-up institutions, mergers and acquisitions, HUD reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley and FDICIA reporting.
