Charnee conducts meticulous audits to assess construction costs, performing in-depth reviews of policies and procedures, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, conducting performance audits related to bonds, and offering crucial support services for litigation cases.

Charnee has successfully designed and led initiatives that bolstered project efficiency and internal controls and resulted in noteworthy cost reductions and financial recoveries for her clients.
