Chuck has worked in IT and information systems consulting since 1995, with a focus on delivering complex consulting projects. He has extensive experience evaluating and implementing enterprise software systems including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), learning management, and field service management. Chuck has also specialized in NetSuite implementation and optimization.

Chuck previously sat in senior-level positions responsible for needs analyses, system selection and implementation, and professional services management, among others. Chuck holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification, a Chester Karrass Negotiation Program certification, and is a Microsoft Certified Product Specialist (MCPS).
