Biography

Clay specializes in tax controversy and strategic planning, representing taxpayers under audit at the federal and state levels. He has more than 10 years of experience in IRS examinations, collections, alternate dispute resolution, and IRS appeals.

Clay’s experience with IRS practice and procedures—paired with technical knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and case law—has helped clients resolve their examination while achieving the best possible result.
