Biography

Dan has been in IT compliance since 2007. He works with clients across a range of enterprise and IT risk management functions. Dan manages and delivers third-party reporting and audit services in accordance with professional standards for private to mid-market public companies as well as large multinational corporations.

Dan assists organizations in becoming compliant with SOX 404 and other regulatory standards. He has also designed and implemented IT and business process audit plans as well as assessed the design of business process controls, application configurations, and security and access controls in a variety of ERP and other financial application environments to formulate recommendations, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency.

Dan has managed and delivered third-party reporting services to assess the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of client controls to achieve defined control objectives and trust services criteria including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 reports for recurring and first-time service providers.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Dan spent over eight years with a Big Four firm providing SOX 404 and SOC audit services.
