Biography

Daniel has practiced public accounting since 2010. He serves companies ranging from emerging growth to multinational public entities in various technology sectors including semiconductor, software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), internet, computer devices, and networking systems.

Daniel has extensive experience in complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition, share-based payments, business combinations, and distinguishing liabilities from equity.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Daniel spent several years with a Big Four firm, where he worked on audits for well-established public companies.
