David has worked in public accounting and consulting since 1992 with a predominant focus on transaction advisory services. He has provided mergers and acquisitions services to private equity firms and multinational corporations in a wide range of industries. Through that experience, David is well equipped to offer support related to buy-side and sell-side due diligence, technical accounting matters, operations, restructuring, valuation assessments, post merger integration, SEC filings, and transaction structuring.
