David has practiced tangible personal property valuations since 1992. He performs many aspects of machinery and equipment valuations for various purposes, including financial and tax reporting, impairment, internal planning, insurance, property tax, FIRPTA, and Internal Revenue Code Section 864(e) analyses. 

With extensive industry knowledge of industrial and consumer products, manufacturing, energy, and mining. David has years of experience in a broad range of industries such as oil and gas, power generation, petrochemicals, semiconductor, telecommunications, health care, retail, and automotive. He has served clients with operations throughout the United States, and internationally, including Asia and the Middle East. David has prepared valuations for use in acquisition, divestiture, financing, leasing, receivership, condemnation, and litigation purposes.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, David held valuation roles at two Big Four firms, a national investment banking firm, and a global business consulting firm. David is fluent in Cantonese.
