Biography

Desiree has practiced public accounting since 2004. She specializes in providing tax compliance, tax consulting, and ASC 740 services to clients in a variety of industries.

She has extensive ASC 740 experience and leads teams in the preparation of income tax provision computations for public and privately owned corporations in addition to providing support for assurance teams in the performance of ASC 740 audit procedures.

Desiree is a firm-designated ASC 740 QC reviewer and is well versed in advanced ASC 740 concepts including those associated with mergers & acquisitions, debt transactions, multistate and international operations, equity compensation, quarterly reporting and valuation allowance, and uncertain tax positions. She also provides tax compliance assistance to clients with single and multi-entity structures and those with multistate and international filing requirements.
