Biography

Dustin has been in public accounting since 2004. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to a variety of private companies and high net worth individuals in a number of industries. He focuses on providing a full range of services related to business and individual tax clients, complex business transaction planning, and tax strategy implementation for closely held businesses and their owners. Dustin’s experience includes annual tax filings and related compliance, planning related to mergers and acquisitions, ownership transfer amongst closely held entities, and analysis related to tangible property regulations.
