Biography

Elly has practiced public accounting since 1990. She focuses on income tax accounting (ASC 740) and corporate income tax compliance services for public and private manufacturing, technology, and life sciences companies.

Elly has an extensive background in ASC 740 and corporate taxation that includes ASC 718: Share-Based Compensation, ASC 805: Business Combinations (Mergers and Acquisitions), and SOX 404: Internal Controls. She is knowledgeable in federal, state, and international aspects of related income tax compliance services.

Elly is currently one of the firm-wide designated QC reviewers for ASC 740. Prior to joining Moss Adams, she worked for small- and mid-sized accounting firms and spent three years with a Big Four firm.
