Biography

Erica has worked in the health care industry for more than 25 years. She’s a lean transformation leader and executive coach who’s passionate about developing problem-solving and leadership capabilities for organizational improvement. She specializes in lean leadership, strategy deployment, daily management system, executive coaching, and A3 problem solving in health care and public health settings.

Erica served as a principal at Rona Consulting Group (RCG) until it combined with Moss Adams in 2017. RCG’s founders were early adopters of the Toyota Management System in the health care setting. Prior to joining RCG, Erica worked with a large hospital system as a senior lean consultant. She’s a physical therapist and former assistant clinical professor.
