Biography

Gerardo has been with Moss Adams since 2002 and has extensive experience navigating companies through complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and customer contracts. In addition, Gerardo has worked with clients through complex SEC registrant reporting regulations involving acquisitions, mergers, private placement offerings, and registered offerings.

Gerardo focuses on delivering accounting and assurance services to private and public middle-market and emerging growth companies in the technology and life science industries. He’s also a member of the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Board.
