Gordon has practiced public accounting since 2011. He manages audits for health care and not-for-profit organizations. His clients include hospitals, Knox-Keene health plans, medical groups, long-term care facilities, colleges and universities, and various not-for-profit organizations.

Gordon provides accounting services for complex balance sheets and income statements, drafts and oversees annual reports, and provides counsel for audits and financial reporting. He’s responsible for all phases of audit engagement execution, assisting clients with technical accounting issues and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

Gordon also performs compliance audits for not-for-profit entities that participate in federal programs under the Yellow Book; OMB Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; the US Department of Housing and Urban Development Consolidated Audit Guide; and the US Department of Education.
