Irene has practiced public accounting since 2004. She specializes in partnership taxation issues, with an emphasis on tiered structures, special allocations, and partner transactions. Her work is focused on providing tax advisory and compliance services to closely held real estate, private equity, venture capital, entertainment, apparel, and manufacturing industries. Irene is also experienced with multistate and foreign partnership reporting for business and its partners.
Irene is a member of the firm’s real estate and construction tax committee, which is responsible for leading the firm on tax legislative updates and issues relevant to the industries. She serves as the regional leader to one of the firm’s Business Resource Groups (BRG), Forum W.
