Biography

Jake has practiced public accounting since 2019. His areas of focus include income tax services and tax planning specializing in the construction and real estate industry. Jake concentrates on tax planning strategies for businesses and their owners through a variety of tactics and client valued services including cost segregations, 1031 exchanges, real estate sales and acquisition transactions, and energy efficient credits and incentives. Jake also has extensive knowledge and experience in flowthrough entity planning and tax strategy implementation with complex equity structures, waterfall provisions, and partnership liquidations.
