Biography

Janel has practiced in public accounting and consulting since 2014. She provides consulting services to a variety of clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Janel performs services for companies in all stages of their life cycle from start-up and pre-revenue, to companies preparing for an exit or IPO. She has experience with complex accounting issues including business combinations, revenue recognition, and share-based payments and evaluation of equity and liability instruments.
