Biography

Prior to joining Moss Adams in 2001, Jay was a tax attorney in Northern California. He spent 30 years working with closely held businesses, advising them on structure, incentive compensation, succession planning, and estate planning matters.

Jay has extensive experience helping business owners identify and prioritize their business and personal goals and assisting them with the planning and implementation of a strategy to meet those goals.

He, has worked with many business owners to help them achieve a successful exit strategy whether that strategy is an internal family succession plan, management buy out, or third-party liquidity event.
