Biography

Jen Wyne is the Chief Talent Officer (CTO) for Moss Adams. Jen oversees the firm’s people strategy, elevating the way Moss Adams attracts, develops, retains, and engages a talented, diverse workforce. As CTO, she serves as a strategic business partner, working with the firm’s leadership team to evolve the human resources function into a strategic talent management function and further the firm’s inclusive, coaching culture. She brings over 30 years of experience to the role.

Jen has been with Moss Adams for over 10 years, serving as director and executive director of human resources prior to being promoted to CTO. Jen’s extensive experience across the people function includes talent strategy and business alignment, talent acquisition, career management, learning and development, and total rewards.
