Biography

Jessica has practiced public accounting since 2005. She provides audit and consulting services to public and private companies in the oil and gas upstream, oilfield service, petrochemical, and manufacturing and distribution industries. Jessica has experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements as well as SOX 404 internal controls and reporting. She also assists private companies with significant transactions and financial reporting.
