Biography

Jessica is a trusted consultant and coach who develops leaders and empowers teams in creating a culture of sustained excellence. Her experience spans diverse settings and organizations, including large health care systems, regional hospital networks, departments of public health, and government.

Jessica is passionate about improving access to high-quality, safe care. She has been applying her knowledge of the scientific method to help drive point-of-care problem solving and continuous improvement since 2009.

She has created online and in-person learning programs, taught the principles of lean methodology, and helped teams leverage data for a deeper understanding of their challenges.
