Biography

John has practiced public accounting since 2012. He has overseen and completed a mix of audits under Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and AICPA professional standards primarily in the manufacturing, technology, and health care spaces.

Within his audits, John has been most actively involved in revenue recognition, inventory, leases, SOX 404 compliance, capitalized software, and accounting for income taxes. In industry, John led the adoption of ASC 606 for a publicly traded company and ASC 842 for a conduit debt issuer.
