Biography

Jon provides federal income tax services to private equity and strategic clients in various industries related to domestic and cross-border transactions. He has experience in both buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, as well as in a wide range of tax structuring services regarding an array of tax planning opportunities, each varying in size and complexity.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Jon focused primarily on M&A and financings of renewables projects. Before that, Jon was a manager at a Big Four firm in New York.
