Jon has practiced public accounting since 2006. He provides assurance services to clients in the real estate and hospitality industries, including Class A office properties, hotels and resorts, industrial properties, retail centers, and residential properties. His experience has included financial statement audits of both public and private entities (US GAAP, IFRS), fair value reporting, SEC reporting, consolidation, appraisal reviews, and internal controls related to financial reporting (Sarbanes-Oxley 404). Jon has also served clients in the technology, construction, and manufacturing and distribution industries.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Jon worked in the New York City office of a Big Four firm, where he focused on real estate investment trusts (both traded and non-traded), investment advisors, private equity real estate investment funds, separate accounts, and property management firms.
