Justin has practiced public accounting since 2015, with a focus on US international taxation, blockchain and cryptocurrency, and transactions and integrations. He assists clients with cross-border structuring, US reporting for international operations, due diligence, and project management for cross-border transactions and integrations. 

Justin’s passionate about helping clients understand and navigate complex international tax rules and contemplate the impact of business decisions on tax and tax decisions.
