Biography

Keegan has helped taxpayers understand and navigate the federal income tax consequences of their business transactions since 2013. As a partnership tax specialist, he assists clients throughout the business life cycle, including structuring domestic and cross-border partnership acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. He also has extensive experience advising clients on tax equity investment structuring and renewable energy tax credits.

Before joining Moss Adams, Keegan served as a government attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Passthroughs and Special Industries, and worked in the New York and Washington, DC, offices of Big Four accounting firms.
