Biography

Kevin has practiced public accounting since 1988. He provides compliance and consulting services related to corporate income tax, ASC 740 issues, acquisitions and divestitures, international taxes, and state and local taxes. Kevin has spent the majority of his career working with technology companies ranging from venture-backed start-ups to large multinational firms. He serves clients in various industries, including computers and networking, semiconductors, software, medical devices, life sciences, and clean tech.

Kevin’s public accounting experience includes 15 years with a Big Four firm. He has also served as chief financial officer in the financial services industry and is fluent in conversational Japanese.
