Biography

Kyle has practiced public accounting since 2005. He specializes in the technology and life science industries and is knowledgeable in technical accounting matters relevant to venture-backed companies. Kyle is experienced with public company filings as a member of the firm’s SEC practice. His areas of expertise include revenue recognition, equity and debt transactions, and business combinations. In addition to providing audit services, Kyle is a member of the firm’s technical accounting consulting team, assisting client’s with the adoption of the new revenue recognition standard along with other complex accounting areas. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Kyle spent 10 years at a Big Four firm.
