Lisa has practiced public accounting since 2011, and works with companies in the technology and life sciences industries. She has spent most of her career serving emerging growth venture backed and private equity backed companies.
Lisa has experience with public company filings, including initial public offerings. Her expertise includes financial statement audits and accounting for technical transactions such as equity and debt financings, share-based payments, business combinations, and revenue recognition. Lisa was awarded the firm’s Technical Excellence award in 2021.
