Biography

Lu has been providing international tax services since 2006, specializing in inbound and outbound tax planning for multinational companies. Her expertise includes cross-border investments, M&A, intellectual property (IP) planning, supply chain optimization, tax treaty analysis, and transfer pricing strategies.

Lu began her career in the international tax practice of a Big Four firm, where she gained a deep understanding of complex international tax issues. Her work focuses on worldwide effective tax rates through tax efficient financing, cash management, supply chain restructuring, and transfer pricing strategies. She also provides strategic guidance on acquisition and divestiture structuring and market entry strategies for multinational companies.
